The Bylaws of Women's American ORT state, "In each year between Triennial National Conventions, an Annual Meeting of Members shall be held at a time and place to be determined by the Board of Directors, for the purpose of receiving the annual report of the Board of Directors and such other business as may properly come before the meeting. All members may attend at their own expense."
